A Seafood Lover’s Paradise – Bimini’s Oyster Bar in Myrtle Beach 4.6 out of 5 Stars

We decided to check out Myrtle Beach's Bimini's Oyster Bar after hearing so much buzz about it, and wow, were we in for a treat! We had a terrific experience from beginning to end, therefore we are happy to give Bimini's a well-deserved 4.6 star review.

The first thing to keep in mind is that if you don't get there exactly when it opens, you might have to wait a little while. Let me reassure you though—it was worth the wait. When we arrived at the restaurant at 4 o'clock in the afternoon for our late lunch, it was already bustling with customers. The place was crowded by 4:15 pm, which was a clear indication of how well-liked the restaurant was.

We were thrilled by the extensive and enticing menu options as seafood connoisseurs. We decided to start our culinary journey with the conch fritters. They were a complete joy, crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. These fritters set the stage for an unforgettable supper when served with a tasty dipping sauce.

The crab wontons came next, and they were excellent. They left us hankering for more since they were bursting with delectable crab meat, expertly seasoned, and delicately enveloped in a crispy shell. A delicious concoction of tastes made up the accompanying dipping sauce, which was the ideal accompaniment to the meal.

Our appetizers kept everyone impressed. The crab cake stood out since it had a lot of crab flesh and little fillers. We were entirely satiated after each bite since the textures and flavors were all in perfect balance.

Finally, we enjoyed the traditional steam pot, and it was simply outstanding. The steam pot was a seafood lover's paradise, filled to the brim with shrimp, crab legs, clams, and corn on the cob. Perfectly cooked, tender, and filled with the mouthwatering flavors of the sea, every piece was perfect.

The service was excellent the entire time we were there to eat. The service was responsive, friendly and informed about the food when we decided to sit at the bar. Their suggestions and helpful demeanor contributed to our overall satisfaction with the meal.

In summary, Myrtle Beach's Bimini's Oyster Bar is a seafood haven that lives up to its name. It's no surprise that this restaurant is often crowded with its delicious food, attentive service, and lively atmosphere. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit.
